Sincerely, I appreciate knowing about this site as I have always dreamt of writing a book. Honestly, I feel like I just must author one book before I leave this world. Its just like a divine task that I MUST fulfill. I want you to know I have browsed through other sites for knowledge on writing a book but what makes your site attractive to me is that you seem to be very truthful in your write -up about writing a book by spilling a few bitter pills. The truth always prevail. THUMB S UP SCOTT BERKUN!

I couldn’t agree more. It would be a dream of mine as well to be able to see my name as the author on a book of which was my own creation and thoughts for others in the world to enjoy. A task that is definitely on my bucket list. Good luck on achieving your dream Ruth! :)

I’ve developed a crush on you in a matter of minutes…okay, seconds. My heart moves fast that way. I appreciate the one post I’ve read so far–the bitter pill that writing=work and isn’t lucrative and the links to publishing tips. I have a question but I suppose that in the spirit of adhering to your rules I will submit it via the question link.

I love Scott Berkun’s books. I’ve read them all.

I bought Making Things Happen – Mastering Project Management to see if there were any insights that I may have missed in my career. I wanted to read about Scott’s perspective from Microsoft.

What it comes down to is it all depends on the organization and the leadership’s commitment.

What I loved about this version of the book is the exercises at the end of each chapter.

Scott’s Book on Project Management is not your standard PM manual. This book is an enjoyable read and is a great resource for all project managers, regardless of your experience!

Had I not come across this site today, I might have invested my writing, time and money in the wrong places tomorrow. Thank you Scott Berkun. I am looking forward to religiously read and understand all the things you have to offer here.

I read the first 10 pages of “The Dance of the Possible” and was inspired to get my piano tuned, find a teacher and start playing again. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of it when I am away from my piano and garden, and kitchen…maybe on lunch breaks at work. :)

As much as I would like to check out these books, I can not spend time reading even parts of books on my PC. I spend way too much time here already. Links to buy them at a discount would be much more helpful.
    Thanks,
    Sherrie
Sherrie Miranda’s historically based, coming of age, Adventure novel “Secrets & Lies in El Salvador” will be out en Español very soon! It is about an American girl in war-torn El Salvador:

This isn’t my first visit to your blog, but this time an invitation popped up. I usually pass up pop-ups like that, but this one only came up once and never came back. Assertive but not in-your-face. I like that. Plus, I’ve read four of your books, so I know who you are, and what you have to say. So I went looking for that pop-up but found a subscription page instead. Unlike most of my e-mails, I’m actually looking forward to the occasional one from your blog. And I need to read the rest of your books.
