Hello Scott,
I bought your book Confessions of a Public speaker on a recent visit to the US (SFO) on my way back to the UK.
I loved most of the book, but I’m afraid that you lost me on chapters 7 & 9.
I didn’t understand what value they were going to add to “my search” for understanding, I’m afraid.
I don’t normally provide feedback, but having read your book, I got the impression that you have a “kaizen” approach to things (meaning continual improvement).
