Part of being human for me, alas, is I can easily apply that philosophy in everyday life while also being unwise in regards to childhood areas… areas where I feel I still have something to prove. (Sigh!) My test for whether a belief is healthy is whether I can have a sense of humour about it.
Isn’t that advice a bit self-limiting?
